Navjot Arora, chef and co-owner, graduated from one of the most prominent culinary institutes in India. His training led him to work for the prestigious Taj Group of Hotels in India where he honed his skills under master chefs. His vast experience and passion for Indian food brought him and his wife Anu to New York, where he headed the kitchen at the critically acclaimed Cafe Spice Restaurant Group.
